Tuesday…with some colours

imageReceiving a package from Italy in the form of Pastiglie Leone is so exciting to say the least!

Pastiglie Leone have generously provided some gorgeous little boxes of sweets for the Valentine workshop which I’m running at West Elm in London in a couple of weeks ( there are only a few places left now, so if you still want to come you can book here…) , and basically I couldn’t resist playing with some of the boxes ahead of time as they are just too the table, colours,…

image I’ve also been filling my storage jars with colour as I noticed the other day that they had kept some rose hips amazingly fresh in the shed which gets cold at night…image…and I also just thought I’d share our new acquisition…

Buying original artwork is such a luxury, but I completely fell in love with this painting by Adam Bracey as soon as I saw it, and although it’s destined for Cornwall ( It’s called ’Seaview’ and it’s going above the fireplace… ), I’m really loving being able to foster it here for a little while…

Pastiglie Leone are so smart to send you some goodies! Their colors and their packaging are a perfect complement to your aesthetic. And great timing — I’m in Turin, Leone’s home city, right now (my husband’s from Turin and we are here visiting his parents and seeing friends — as well as enjoying the great cafe culture and food and wine !!! Lucky those who get to go to West Elm with you!
