Over the last few weeks I’ve been working on a commission which has been fantastically creative although quite tricky as I knew that each record was very personal to someone…

I was given 15 different singles which were the favourite records of each member of a working team, and I was asked to create still life pieces based around each single, which would be made into prints for them…

I wanted to link the lyrics within the composition, as well as creating an atmosphere for the sound of the song  itself…

Here’s what I came up with…

      Thank you!The project really made me get creative with the compositions as I was pushed out of my comfort zone a bit, which was actually a really good thing! 🙂

    Wonderful. I think Fix You is my favourite, I would never have thought of Lego.

      Thank you!! It was the colours that reminded me of Lego and then it sort of fell into place! 😀
