14 May Thursday…with a wet walk

This morning I was meant to be doing loads of stuff but when my friend asked if I’d go for an early walk, I just did ( although I’ve been catching up all afternoon as a consequence!! )…

It’s been a really wet, miserable day here, but we were quite sheltered in the woods… …couldn’t believe this old honeycomb from wild bees; apparently it was massive 3 years ago! I nabbed some wild carrot and had picked up little bunches of oak leaves which had fallen on the ground… …and tried to get on with the list I should have made this morning!
