25 Aug Friday…with the End of the Dahlias
I just had to write a quick post as I can’t bear throwing these dahlias away; I find their beautiful decay just as alluring and inspiring as when I first put them on the table over a week ago…
I’ve loved watching their journey and I may well keep them just a bit longer…in the shed though, as other people at home don’t seem quite as enamoured!

Posted at 17:46h, 25 Augustreminds me of churchyard I used to tend a grave on, I personally found the dying flowers heaped into a compost pile beautiful and interesting and thought I must be odd – glad you see the beauty in them too!
